How do invited users actually open a private capsule?

I invited two emails under Selected users. They signed in but still see “you cannot open this.” Do they need an access code as well, or is the invite enough?

    If Access Code Required is No, the invite + login is enough. If Yes, they also need the code — shared or unique per email, depending on what you picked in Advanced.
